You don't need to create an account to shop on our site. Your user account can be created after you complete an order.
You may order books on our website and
- Order and pay for books through the site and collect them yourself
- We can send books using PAXI, PostNet, PUDO locker to locker or PUDO locker-to-door
If you want to order and collect your books yourself:
Select "no shipping" from the shipping options and complete your checkout. We will keep your books until it is convenient for you to collect but you will need to make an appointment to do so. Use this option only if you are in Johannesburg, unless you wish to supply your own courier service.
If you would like to have books sent to you:
Please specify the location you will be collecting from in your shipping information and be sure to include your telephone number so that you can be notified. If you don't specify your collection point, the closest one to the address that you supply will be chosen.
PAXI - send, collect & return parcels at PEP
We will contact you by email or WhatsApp and supply your parcel tracking number when we receive your order and payment.
Can be used by South African customers only; we cannot accept direct EFT from international customers due to currency exchange controls
- choose whether you would like books to be posted, or collect them yourself, complete the checkout process, selecting the EFT option
- pay into our bank-account using your name and surname as a reference
- email proof of payment to admin@bookfish.co.za
