Delivery policy:
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 working days and dispatch confirmed via email, sms or whatsapp.
Books can be sent within the Republic of South Africa using PAXI, PUDO or PostNet. We don't offer the Post Office (SAPO) as a delivery option as parcel tracking no longer works and we cannot guarantee that you will receive any notification if your parcel arrives, or how long it may take.
International parcels via SAPO have no tracking unless they are registered and are extremely delayed so international shipping uses a remailing service, please ask for a quote.
Our quotes are slightly higher than the prices quoted by the courier firms themselves to cover the cost of packaging and drop-off at the selected delivery service. All books are sent securely packaged to prevent damage although we cannot guarantee that international parcels will not be damaged when opened by customs officials.

Collect from your nearest PEP Store, PEP Home, PEP Cell or Tekkietown
Has the advantage of being reliable and very widely available and you will receive SMS notifications and a tracking number. You need to collect your parcel within 14 days of it arriving at its destination.

PUDO
Powered by The Courier Guy, choose this option if there is a PUDO locker or kiosk near your home or work. You must collect your parcel within 36 hours of it being placed in the locker.
Locker costs depend on the weight, size and shape of the books you order so please ask for a quote. Small books can cost R65.00 - R75.00.

PostNet
Delivery is within 2-3 working days in urban areas but with a smaller network of outlets, parcels below 5kg cost R125.00 to send. Most, but not all, Postnet branches will contact you when your parcel has arrived.

Collect Books Yourself
You can collect your books yourself by appointment from Kensington, Johannesburg if that is convenient for you. You can also send your own courier to collect for you.
