Warsaw Ghetto by Anka Grupinska, Jan Jagielski and Pawel Szapiro was originated for those who want to honour the memory of the insurgents and to participate in this specific history lesson. November 16, 1940, the Nazis formed a ghetto in Warsaw in an isolated district. The tormented Jewish people in April 1943 made a heroic fight, whose goal however was not liberation, but the fight for an honourable death. Mostly told through contemporary photographs.
